The level of workmanship provided is of the highest order and the approachable hands on attitude of George Borg and his entire team have also played an important role in Blue Harbour being the first ever Maltese project to garner an International Property Award.

Their work was always of the highest standards and throughout the entirety of the construction phase whenever a problem arose they dealt with it in an efficient and affective manner, in fact the construction phase of the project was completed ahead of schedule and within the budget allocated.

You Should be very proud that you are able to commence construction at the beginning of December and finish the eight storey building by the end of July. I certainly was very pleased that our faith in you had not been misplaced. You will recall that even the architects seem to be sceptical that you could finish the job in the time frame that you were given.
