It was back in 1968 that George Borg and his father Carmelo first established C&G Borg Ltd. and started to garner a strong reputation for their construction projects.

Emphasising on quality and superior workmanship from the very outset, the company has since come to play a leading role in Malta’s Building and Civil Engineering landscape, employing a workforce that now exceeds 145 employees.

By the time that the company became GP Borg in 1989, when Carmelo Borg retired and was replaced by his son Paul, we were already one of the island’s major Building Contractors. Over the years GP Borg invested in becoming one of the main suppliers of Ready Mixed Concrete, and manufacturers of Hollow Concrete Blocks as well as Predalles. Our years of experience are backed up by a fully qualified managerial staff and highly specialised tradesmen. This way, GP Borg’s Project Management Team can ensure the shortest possible construction period, thereby enabling our clients to take advantage from an early start to operations while also benefiting from long-term cost effective solutions.

Over the years, GP Borg has also invested heavily by purchasing land and setting up factories, plants, garages, office buildings, and construction yards. Additionally, GP Borg has also expanded considerably by offering a continuously growing number of products and services.

Energetic and enthusiastic, our founder Mr George Borg is looking back at the past 50 years with great pride and satisfaction. He is the business-minded brother and the entrepreneur behind many projects.

Juggling between general construction challenges and delivering within the given time frames, Director of Construction Jason Borg is our king of multi-tasking.

Next we are introducing Mr Kevin Borg, Director of Factory Operations. Mr Borg is tasked with making sure we deliver good quality services to our clients across the island whilst being innovative and keeping within budgets!

Young and energetic, our Director of Hospitality Mr Conrad Borg is constantly being innovative and trying to evolve the company. His attention to detail and imagination is key for our industry.

Meet Mr Brian Borg, our project visionary! Our Director of Turnkey is always looking for ingenious ways to improve offers whilst handling different budgets.

Ms Sandra Calleja is our Director of HCB Manufacturing. A responsible person with a strategic mind, Ms Calleja believes that keeping a high-quality standard aids in maintaining GP Borg’s reputation.
