- Stabilization of existing Façade to allow excavation and construction works to be carried out. Restoration of said Façade
- Excavation Works
- Civil works including permanently buried service ducts and pipes, including drainage runs and building of sealed pool structure.
- Waterproofing works to Building Structure and Landscaped Areas to achieve water tight structures.
- All ancillary works related to the construction phases as outlined by local Laws and conditions as included in the MEPA Permit
